The Meruelo Family Center for Career Development at the University of Notre Dame is excited to showcase a pipeline of talent to the West Coast. To this end, two members of our regional engagement team, strategically located around the country, are based in California.

Our staff, both Notre Dame alumni, cultivate relationships with recruiters, industry professionals, and fellow alumni to promote the hiring of Notre Dame students for prestigious internships and full-time positions.
Managers work directly with students to raise awareness, increase applications, and improve acceptance rates for these opportunities. They educate students about available positions, recruiting cycles, and essential recruitment information.
Demonstrating our commitment to contributing to and benefiting from the unique educational, entrepreneurial, and creative cultures of California, this program can help you connect with:
- Students graduating the University of Notre Dame from undergraduate or graduate study
- Current Notre Dame students who want to intern or work in California
- The 7,000+ Notre Dame alumni living in California
